1. Go to https://rds.akronhousing.org & enter your email and password to login.
2. Select your desired system and proceed to open the RDP session that has been downloaded.
3. Before you click connect, ensure you have the checkbox next to "Printers" selected. That is what will allow your RDP session to use your printers.
