If you've received a message stating any variation of the following: Forgotten Password, Log In ID or User is incorrect. Please read below.
Most OnBase users at AMHA are automatically signed into the program using their AMHA device login. This means you do not enter a username or password, it's prefilled for you. Please note that if you change your device password you need to restart your device so that the new password is captured, and you are successfully logged in.
If you aren’t automatically logged in, you may need to submit a ticket to the Help Desk at [email protected] to have your account unlocked.
If you receive the following message, please follow the instructions below prior to submitting a help desk ticket.
1. Click OK. Close the OnBase login window using the X at the top, right corner.
2. Find the OnBase icon in your system tray, at the bottom right of your desktop.
3. Right-click the icon and select 'Exit OnBase'. You will be prompted to confirm your exit; select 'Yes'.
4. Re-open Unity Client by double-clicking the desktop icon.
If this does not resolve the issue, you should submit a ticket for help desk assistance.
