Most OnBase users at AMHA are automatically signed into the program using their AMHA device login. This means you do not enter a username or password, it's prefilled for you. Please note that if you change your device password you need to restart your device so that the new password is captured, and you are successfully logged in.


If you aren’t automatically logged in you will need to submit a ticket to the Help Desk at [email protected] to have your account unlocked. Please note that user accounts are automatically locked in the system after 30 days of inactivity.
