1. Open the email with the document you wish to download.
2. Scroll all the way to the top of the email.
3. You will see a blue message at the top of the email that says "Download full message" (If you do not see that message, restart your phone and connect to WiFi).
4. Click that blue message and wait 5-10 minutes for the full message to download (You'll know it's finished when the message disappears).
5. You will be able to download the document now.
