If teleworking, you must be connected to the VPN before continuing. 


  1. Open the Mitel Connect application from your desktop.



  2. Enter your AMHA Email address and Network Password
    Click Show advanced to enter the Server address - amha-mitel.akronhousing.local.
    Check the Remember me box and Click Login.


    Please contact the helpdesk if you receive a Username/Password error.


  3. An Upgrade may be required. Click Upgrade Now. You must contact the helpdesk to complete the upgrade.
