If teleworking, you must be connected to the VPN before continuing.
- Open the Mitel Connect application from your desktop.

Enter your AMHA Email address and Network Password. 
Click Show advanced to enter the Server address - amha-mitel.akronhousing.local.
Check the Remember me box and Click Login.
Please contact the helpdesk if you receive a Username/Password error.

An Upgrade may be required. Click Upgrade Now. You must contact the helpdesk to complete the upgrade.
