  4. Select Forward Calls and then Edit.

  5. The photo below shows the settings you would use if you always want your phone to forward:

    a. Having "Forward calls" on "Always" means that all calls will be forwarded to the phone number you enter.
    b. The "Always dest." is where you will type the phone number your desk phone is forwarding to.
    c. "Simulring" means that your desk phone and the phone it is forwarded to will ring at the same time.

  6. The photo below shows the settings you would use if you want your phone to ring at your desk first, then roll over to your cell/home phone:

    a.  Having "Forward calls" on "No answer" means that calls will be forwarded to the phone number you enter only if the desk phone was not answered.
    b.  "Number of rings" - select how many times your desk phone will ring before it forwards.
    c.  "No answer destination" - the phone number you want your desk phone to forward to once it surpasses the number of rings set.
    d.  "Busy destination" - the phone number you want your desk phone to forward to if the line is busy.  The default number is the voicemail box, but this can be the same as the "No answer destination".
