- Open Microsoft Teams using the link on your desktop or Start Menu.
- Enter your email address when prompted and click Sign in.
- If prompted, select Work or school account.
- Enter your AMHA network password. This is the password you use to sign into your computer each day.
- If you haven't already set up MFA, you'll be prompted to set it up before logging into Teams. Click Next.

Send me a code by text message (authentication phone): From the Additional security verification page, Select the United States (+1) from the Country Code list and enter the mobile phone number in the field to receive an SMS text message. You'll get a verification code as part of a text message on your mobile device. You must enter this code into the verification prompt for your account. Click Next.

Send me a code by text message was selected in the example below. Enter the code that was sent to your phone and Click Verify.
- Click Done on the last screen. We are not currently using app passwords.
- Click OK.
