Occasionally, your H: or S: drive will disappear or look strange. Please follow the steps below to restore these drives and your files.
- Find and Open the Helpdesk Tools folder on your desktop.
- Find the "Fix My" file for the drive that is missing—either H or S. Double Click it to run the file.
**Please contact the AMHA Helpdesk if you don't see the files below.** - Close any files or folders that are open and then Press any key to continue.
- The command will remap your drive to make it available. Press any key to continue once it completes.
- If needed, Repeat the Step 2 for your other drive.
