Occasionally, your H: or S: drive will disappear or look strange. Please follow the steps below to restore these drives and your files.


  1. Find  and Open the Helpdesk Tools folder on your desktop.


  2. Find the "Fix My" file for the drive that is missing—either H or S. Double Click it to run the file.
    **Please contact the AMHA Helpdesk if you don't see the files below.** 



  3. Close any files or folders that are open and then Press any key to continue.



  4. The command will remap your drive to make it available. Press any key to continue once it completes.


  5. If needed, Repeat the Step 2 for your other drive.
